Kiroshan Naidoo

Kiroshan Naidoo is a South African actor, writer, and filmmaker based in Cape Town. He hails from Pretoria and moved to Cape Town over a decade ago to pursue his passion for acting. Naidoo graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BA in Theatre and Performance, majoring in Acting. In 2016, he received the prestigious Fleur du Cap Theatre Award for Most Promising Student . Naidoo's career spans film, television, and theatre. He has appeared in productions for major studios such as Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, BBC, Netflix, and the local streaming platform Showmax . Notably, he co-created Roommate Productions, which garnered a South African Film and Television Award nomination in 2022 for their series Till Next Time, which he co-wrote and co-directed . In 2024, Naidoo played the role of Edgar Ray, a journalist, in M-Net’s international co-production White Lies. His character represents a young, queer, brown man navigating life in post-apartheid South Africa, bringing a unique perspective to the series .
