Kouichi Sakaguchi (坂口 候一), born on February 10, 1968, in Tokyo, Japan, is a prolific Japanese voice actor affiliated with 81 Produce. He is widely recognized for his extensive work in anime, particularly for his recurring roles in the Pokémon anime, where he voiced Jessie's Arbok and various other characters in both the Japanese and English versions. His voice acting career also includes roles in popular series such as Attack on Titan (as Dieter Ness), Gintama, Mobile Suit Gundam, D.Gray-man, and many video games like Final Fantasy X and Ratchet & Clank.
