Laila Garin is a Brazilian actress and singer born on February 17, 1978, in Salvador, Bahia. She is known for her roles in the Netflix series 3% (2016–2020), the medical drama Sob Pressão (2017), and the musical soap opera Rock Story (2016–2017). Garin began her career in theater at the age of 11 and pursued studies in singing and acting. She graduated in performing arts from the Federal University of Bahia. Her theatrical work includes notable performances in Elis, A Musical (2013), where she portrayed the iconic Brazilian singer Elis Regina, and Gota D'Água [a seco] (2016–2017), a musical adaptation of Chico Buarque's play . In addition to her acting career, Garin has released music, including the single "Vermelho Esperança" in collaboration with Chico César.
