Laura Dawkes
Laura Dawkes is a Welsh actress and singer who gained prominence for her portrayal of Anna in the West End production of Disney’s Frozen. A 2023 graduate of Emil Dale Academy, Dawkes made her professional stage debut in this role at Theatre Royal Drury Lane in September 2023, joining the cast alongside Jammy Kasongo as Kristoff and Samantha Barks as Elsa . Before her formal training, Dawkes had no prior acting, singing, or music lessons and was more inclined towards sports. Her journey into theatre began when she joined her school's drama club, which eventually led her to pursue a career in performing arts . In addition to her stage work, Dawkes appeared in the filmed version of Frozen: The West End Musical, released on Disney+ in June 2025, alongside her co-stars from the production .
