Leigha Hancock is an American stunt actress with a background as a Division I college gymnast. She attended North Carolina State University, where she had a successful gymnastics career, earning accolades such as being named the Eastern Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Rookie of the Year in 2005 and the NCAA Southeast Region Gymnast of the Year in 2008. She graduated in 2008 with a BA in Communications. Hancock utilized her athletic abilities to transition into a career in stunt work, and has been a stunt double for the ABC Family show Make It or Break It, which focuses on elite gymnasts. Her stunt credits also include films like A Quiet Place, Finding Ohana, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, as well as television shows like The Blacklist and Law & Order: Organized Crime. She is also known for her on-screen role as the female Tribute from District 7 in The Hunger Games. In addition to her film and television work, she has pursued a degree from the University of St. Joseph, becoming a Registered Dietician, and has worked in the fields of eating disorders and geriatrics. She is married to Bryan Moriarty.
