Line Kruse
Line Kruse (born August 3, 1975, in Frederiksværk, Denmark) is a Danish actress with a prolific career spanning film and television, starting from her childhood. She demonstrated early talent by making her feature film debut at the age of 12 in the 1988 film Skyggen af Emma (Emma's Shadow), in which she played the title role. After completing her professional training at the Aarhus Theatre School, she continued her career in Danish cinema, often working in ensemble casts with acclaimed directors and actors. She is well-known to Danish audiences for playing the role of the older sister, Stine, in the popular family comedy film series, Krumme-serien (The Crumbs series), in the early 1990s. As an adult, her notable film credits include the black comedy The Green Butchers (2003), where she starred alongside Mads Mikkelsen and Nikolaj Lie Kaas and collaborated with director Anders Thomas Jensen, whom she later married; she also appeared in the romantic comedy Love Is All You Need (2012), directed by Susanne Bier and starring Pierce Brosnan, and the financial crime thriller series Bedrag (Follow the Money) (2016) on television.
