Lisa Yamada
Lisa Yamada is a rising American actress of Japanese American descent, born on September 5, 2002, in California. She began her acting career at a young age, appearing in various television shows before landing more prominent roles. Yamada is perhaps best known for her main role as Luna Nozawa on the long-running CBS daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful, a role she joined in 2023. For her work on the show, she won the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Emerging Talent in a Daytime Drama Series in 2025. Her other major television role was playing Parker Tanaka in the second season of the Freeform mystery-thriller series Cruel Summer in 2023. Yamada's diverse filmography also includes roles in critically acclaimed and popular projects such as the Hulu miniseries Little Fires Everywhere (as Serena Wong), the Netflix teen comedy-drama Never Have I Ever (as Meghan), and the CW drama All American. In film, she has appeared in the 2023 screenlife thriller Missing and is set to appear in the upcoming 2024 LGBTQ+ film I Wish You All the Best, directed by Tommy Dorfman.
