Louis Talpe was born on May 22, 1981, in Kortemark, Belgium. He is a Belgian actor known for his work in various television series and films. Talpe gained recognition for playing the character Toby in the popular Studio 100 children's show Mega Mindy, a role he held from 2006 onwards, also appearing in several Mega Mindy films.
