Louisa Jacobson, born Louisa Jacobson Gummer on June 12, 1991, in Los Angeles, California, is an American actress from a highly acclaimed acting family. She is the youngest daughter of legendary actress Meryl Streep and sculptor Don Gummer. Jacobson pursued her education in the performing arts, graduating with an MFA in acting from the Yale School of Drama.She gained significant recognition for her starring role as Marian Brook in Julian Fellowes' HBO period drama series "The Gilded Age" (2022–present), where she plays a young woman navigating the complexities of New York society in the late 19th century.
