Mariela Garriga, born in Havana, Cuba in 1989, is a talented actress who embarked on her artistic journey as a dancer with the Cuban Television Ballet during her teenage years. In 2009, she relocated to Milan, Italy, where she transitioned into acting, studying at the Michael Rodgers Acting Studio. Her pursuit of acting led her to further training in New York City at the Terry Schreiber Studio and The Actors Studio. Garriga has since built a diverse international career, appearing in Italian films and television series such as Gli uomini d'Oro and I delitti del BarLume, as well as American productions. She gained recognition in the United States with recurring roles in popular television series like NCIS: Los Angeles and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. In 2023, she made her debut in the Mission: Impossible franchise as Marie in Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, a character connected to Ethan Hunt's past, and she is set to reprise this role in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning (2025). Beyond acting, Garriga has also ventured into producing and screenwriting, demonstrating her multifaceted talent within the film industry.
