Matt Lucas is a British actor, comedian, writer, and television presenter, renowned for his distinctive comedic style and versatile performances across television, film, and theatre. Born on March 5, 1974, in Paddington, London, Lucas first gained prominence in the early 1990s as George Dawes, the giant baby who kept score on the surreal quiz show Shooting Stars. His collaboration with David Walliams led to the creation of the BAFTA-winning sketch comedy series Little Britain (2003–2006), where Lucas portrayed a range of memorable characters, including Vicky Pollard and Marjorie Dawes.
