Born on July 26, 1972, in East Berlin, Max Hopp is a distinguished actor and director who has become a staple of German theater and television. He studied at the prestigious Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts and established his "artistic home" at the Komische Oper Berlin, where he is well-known for his versatility in both dramatic and musical theater, including acclaimed roles as Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof and Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady.
