Meezaan Jafri
Meezaan Jafri is an Indian actor who primarily works in Hindi films. Born Syed Meezaan Ahmed Jaffrey on March 9, 1995, he is the son of actor Jaaved Jaaferi and his wife Habiba Jaafery, making him the grandson of veteran comedian Jagdeep. He initially studied business at Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania, but later shifted his focus to film, studying direction and editing at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Before his acting debut, he gained experience in the film industry by serving as an assistant director on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's films Bajirao Mastani and Gangubai Kathiawadi, and even worked as a body double for Ranveer Singh in Padmaavat.Meezaan made his acting debut in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 2019 romantic drama, Malaal, and later starred in the comedy-drama Hungama 2 (2021) and Yaariyan 2 (2023). He is known for his strong dancing skills, a talent shared with his father, Jaaved Jaaferi. He is one of the key cast members in the upcoming film De De Pyaar De 2 (2025), where he plays a new character and is seen in the song '3 Shaukk', which features a dance performance alongside his father.
