Metin Akdülger

Metin Akdülger is a Turkish actor, writer, and musician, born on April 10, 1988, in Bursa, Turkey. Although he had an early interest in acting through amateur plays and short films during his youth, he chose to pursue a degree in International Relations and Political Science at Koç University in Istanbul to gain a broader understanding of the world. While at university, his interest in acting led him to take classes with the renowned actress Yıldız Kenter and later to study method acting. His professional theatre career began in 2012 with the play Tape, and he made his television debut in 2013, gaining wider recognition for his role as Orkun in the popular TV series Medcezir. He is known for his versatile roles, including portraying Murad IV in the historical series Muhteşem Yüzyıl: Kösem and Ozan in the Netflix series Atiye (The Gift). Akdülger has also starred in films such as Bensiz (2014) and One-Way to Tomorrow (2020), and is set to star as Can alongside Hande Erçel in the 2025 romantic drama film Two Worlds One Wish. Additionally, he is a co-writer of the comic book series Görmüş Geçirmiş Kaptan 88 and a member of the music band "Journers".
