Miguel "Migs" Almendras is a Filipino actor and model born on December 16, 1993, in San Juan City, Philippines. He pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Ateneo de Manila University, where he developed his passion for the performing arts, initially through visual arts before transitioning to acting. Migs began his acting career at 17 with a role in the Tanghalang Ateneo production of Sintang Dalisay. He gained recognition for his performances in various television series and films. Notably, he starred in the 2020 BL series Hello Stranger, which garnered a significant following and led to a film adaptation, Hello Stranger: The Movie, in 2021. Migs also appeared in The Broken Marriage Vow (2022) and the indie film Isa Pang Bahaghari (2020), where his portrayal of a young Michael de Mesa character earned praise from veteran actor Phillip Salvador . In 2023, Migs joined GMA Network's Sparkle Artist Center, marking his transition from a former Kapamilya talent to a Kapuso artist.
