Mike Edward is a New Zealand and LA-based actor, known for his extensive work across film, television, and theatre. A former decathlete and dancer, Edward trained at Unitec Performing Arts School and also studied the Meisner technique. He has had a prolific career spanning over 30 years in New Zealand, with core cast roles in numerous national television shows and lead roles in regional theatre productions.His film credits include "I Survived a Zombie Holocaust" and the upcoming "M3GAN 2.0" (2025), where he is cast as "Todd." He's also slated for "The Wrecking Crew" in 2026. On television, he has appeared in popular shows like "Shortland Street" (where his character Zac Smith became a memorable villain), "Head High," "Power Rangers" (Shuriken, Ninja Steel, Operation Overdrive), "Roman Empire: Reign of Blood," "Filthy Rich," "Ash vs Evil Dead," "The Brokenwood Mysteries," and "Spartacus: Blood and Sand." Beyond acting, Edward is also the co-founder of the circus theatre company The Dust Palace.
