Milly Alcock
Milly Alcock (born April 11, 2000) is a critically acclaimed Australian actress who rose to international stardom as the young Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen in the HBO fantasy series House of the Dragon (2022). Born and raised in Sydney, Alcock began her career as a teenager with roles in Australian television, including the romantic comedy Wonderland and the Disney Channel series B.F. Chefs. She gained significant domestic recognition for her lead role as the runaway teen Meg in the dramedy series Upright (2019–2022), which earned her an AACTA Award nomination and established her as a rising star. Her career reached new heights in January 2024 when James Gunn cast her as the lead in the high-stakes DC Universe (DCU) film Supergirl (2026). Alcock first appeared as the character in a cameo in the 2025 film Superman, portraying a jaded, "hardcore" version of Kara Zor-El who is a survivor of Krypton's destruction. In addition to her superhero role, she stars in the 2025 Netflix dark comedy series Sirens alongside Julianne Moore.
