Nathan Andrew "Nate" Torrence is an American actor, born on December 1, 1977, in Canton, Ohio. He is a comedic actor best known for his diverse roles in film, television, and particularly for his appearances in numerous television advertisements. Torrence honed his comedic skills by studying improv at The Second City's Players Workshop in Chicago.His film credits include roles in "She's Out of My League" (2010), "Get Smart" (2008) and its spin-off "Get Smart's Bruce and Lloyd Out of Control" (2008), and "My Best Friend's Girl" (2008). He gained significant recognition for his voice role as the cheerful, donut-loving cheetah, Officer Benjamin Clawhauser, in Disney's animated hit "Zootopia" (2016) and reprised the role in "Zootopia+" (2022).On television, Torrence has appeared in a variety of popular shows, including "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Malcolm in the Middle," "How I Met Your Mother," "Supernatural" (as Sully), "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," and "Modern Family." He also played a prominent role as Wade in the HBO series "Hello Ladies" and as Roman Cohen in "Mr. Sunshine." Beyond acting, he has also worked as a producer and director on short films.
