Nathan Greno

Nathan Greno (born March 22, 1975, in Kenosha, Wisconsin) is an American film director, story artist, and writer, renowned for his work in animation. A graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design, Greno began his career at Walt Disney Animation Studios in 1996 as a clean-up artist on Mulan. He transitioned into story development, contributing to films like Brother Bear, Meet the Robinsons, and Bolt, where he served as head of story and directed the short Super Rhino. Greno co-directed the acclaimed film Tangled (2010) alongside Byron Howard, which grossed over $590 million worldwide. He also directed the short Tangled Ever After (2012). After a tenure at Disney, Greno joined Skydance Animation in 2018 under a multi-year deal to direct the animated feature Powerless (working title) and consult on other projects .
