The movie, which was released in theaters on November 7, 2025, tells the remarkable true story of an 11-year-old African American girl in 1913 Oklahoma who, through faith and conviction, discovers that the barren land she was allotted holds an immense oil fortune, making her one of the nation's first young Black millionaires.
