Nicholas Galitzine
Nicholas Dimitri Constantine Galitzine (born September 29, 1994, in Hammersmith, London) is an English actor who has rapidly risen to international stardom, primarily in romantic and young adult roles across film and television. He attended Dulwich College and was initially an aspiring professional athlete in rugby and football until an injury shifted his focus to acting, which began in a youth theatre company. Galitzine made his professional film debut in the indie movie The Beat Beneath My Feet (2014) and gained early attention for his roles in the musical drama High Strung and the Irish comedy-drama Handsome Devil (both 2016), where he played a closeted rugby player. His career saw a major upswing with prominent streaming roles, including Prince Robert in the musical Cinderella (2021) opposite Camila Cabello, and U.S. Marine Luke Morrow in the romantic drama Purple Hearts (2022). Galitzine solidified his breakout status by portraying Prince Henry in the hit LGBTQ+ romantic comedy Red, White & Royal Blue (2023) and the fictional pop star Hayes Campbell in The Idea of You (2024) opposite Anne Hathaway. He has since continued to diversify his roles, starring as the manipulative George Villiers in the historical drama series Mary & George (2024) and appearing in the satirical comedy Bottoms (2023). His upcoming major projects include the period film 100 Nights of Hero (2025) and the title role of Prince Adam/He-Man in the highly anticipated live-action film Masters of the Universe (2026).
