Nicôle Lecky

Nicôle Lecky was Born in 1990, Lecky grew up in Stratford, East London, and is of English-Jamaican heritage. She studied for a time at King's College London before graduating from the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Her acting credits include roles in TV series such as Casualty, Fresh Meat, Sense8, and Death in Paradise, and she also wrote for the EastEnders spin-off, EastEnders: E20. Lecky has been praised for creating authentic narratives that often focus on young women navigating complex contemporary issues; she won the Netflix New Talent Award at the Women in Film and TV Awards in 2022. She has also appeared in the 2024 comedy-drama Sweetpea and the 2025 film Jay Kelly.
