Nóra Trokán

Nóra Trokán (born August 13, 1986, in Budapest, Hungary) is a distinguished Hungarian actress known for her extensive work in Hungarian theatre, film, and television, as well as for her increasing presence in international productions. She is part of a notable acting family; her parents are actors Péter Trokán and Athina Papadimitriu, and her sister, Anna Trokán, is also an actress. Nóra graduated from the Academy of Drama and Film in Budapest (Színház- és Filmművészeti Egyetem) in 2009. Following her graduation, she was a member of the Kecskeméti Katona József Theatre, where she had spent her practical year, and later became a freelance artist, performing as a guest artist at various venues, including the Örkény István Theatre. Her domestic television work includes a regular role in the series A Tanár (The Teacher). Internationally, she has gained recognition for roles in projects filmed in Hungary, such as the TV series Halo (where she appeared in the 2022 episode "Inheritance") and the 2022 film R.I.P.D. 2: Rise of the Damned. Recently, she has appeared in major 2025 releases like the action thriller Fight or Flight (as the character "Cat Eyes") and Bryan Fuller's horror-fantasy film Dust Bunny (as "Formidable woman"). Her career has been recognized with several Hungarian awards, including the Domján Edit Award (2012) and the Junior Prima Award (2015).
