Park Hae-soo, born on November 21, 1981, in Suwon, South Korea, is a versatile actor known for his powerful presence on both stage and screen. He began his career in theater in 2007, performing in acclaimed productions such as Frankenstein, Macbeth, and Oedipus, before making his television debut in the 2012 drama God of War. His breakout role came in 2017 as the lead in the hit series Prison Playbook, where he played a star baseball player navigating life in prison. This role brought him critical acclaim and public recognition, paving the way for his transition into mainstream film and global projects.Park gained international fame with his role as Cho Sang-woo in the Netflix sensation Squid Game (2021), which earned him an Emmy nomination and a surge in global popularity.
