Growing up in a creative environment, he began acting at a young age, appearing in short films around his hometown. He made his screen debut at age seven in the 2008 Canadian film "Down to the Dirt." His notable early roles include appearances in "The Grand Seduction" (2013) and the lead in "Cast No Shadow" (2014), which earned him a Best Actor award at the Atlantic Film Festival and the Rising Star Award at the Edmonton International Film Festival. White's career progressed with roles in films like "Edge of Winter" (2016), "Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb" (2014), "Milton's Secret" (2016), and "Rupture" (2016).
