Pyotr Ivaschenko

Pyotr Alexandrovich Ivashchenko, widely recognized by his creative pseudonym Pyotr Glantz, is one of Russia's most influential and prolific voice actors and dubbing directors. Born on August 19, 1976, in Moscow, he is the son of Alexander Glantz, a notable figure in the Soviet film industry. After graduating from the Russian State University for the Humanities with a degree in computer science, he began his career in the late 1990s by dubbing computer games for the legendary "Fargus" and "Akella" studios. His distinctive, versatile voice soon made him a staple in the Russian film distribution industry, where he became the official Russian voice for international superstars, most notably Ryan Reynolds (voicing him in the Deadpool franchise and Free Guy) and Gerard Butler. Throughout his career, Ivashchenko has voiced over 1,000 projects, spanning Hollywood blockbusters, animation, and video games. He is famously known to Russian audiences as the voice of Wade Wilson (Deadpool), a role where his comedic timing and improv skills mirrored Reynolds' own performance. His animation credits are equally extensive, including roles such as Grubber in My Little Pony: The Movie and various characters in The Fixies. In the 2021 film My Sweet Monster, he provided the original Russian voice for the Postmaster, contributing to the film's whimsical and adventurous tone.
