Her career spans stage, film, and television, with notable performances in productions like Whale Rider, Boy, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Moana (as the voice of Gramma Tala), Thor: Ragnarok, and Soul. Rachel is a frequent collaborator with director Taika Waititi, contributing both as an actress and acting coach.
