Richard Frame
Richard Frame is a seasoned British actor renowned for his versatility across musical theatre, classical plays, and screen performances. In the West End production of Disney’s Frozen, he originated the role of the Duke of Weselton, bringing his extensive stage experience to the character. Prior to Frozen, Frame was widely recognized for his portrayal of Timon in The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre, a role he held for five years. His theatre credits also include significant roles in productions such as Richard III, The Comedy of Errors, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Merchant of Venice, and London Assurance, often with the acclaimed company Propeller. In addition to his stage work, Frame has appeared in several television series, including Outnumbered, The Hollow Crown, Family Affairs (as series regular Damian), Wire in the Blood, Hearts and Bones, and Hope and Glory. He has also featured in the film London Road.
