Rosalinde Mynster (born September 28, 1990, in Frederiksberg, Denmark) is a Danish actress and emerging filmmaker, renowned for her compelling performances in both film and television. She is the daughter of esteemed actors Karen-Lise Mynster and Søren Spanning, and her brother, Jasper Spanning, is a cinematographer. Growing up in a theatrical environment, Mynster developed an early passion for the arts. She graduated from Sankt Annæ Gymnasium in 2009, a school known for its emphasis on singing and acting, and later studied literature at the University of Southern Denmark . Mynster's acting career began at the age of 16 with her role in the 2008 Danish drama Worlds Apart (To Verdener), directed by Niels Arden Oplev. The film, based on a true story about a Jehovah's Witness teenager who falls in love with a non-believer, was Denmark's submission for the 2009 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film .
