Born on February 23, 1992, in Adelaide, South Australia, she is the niece of acclaimed actor Hugo Weaving. She began her career in Australian television, notably playing Indi Walker on the long-running soap opera Home and Away from 2009 to 2013. Weaving’s breakthrough in American cinema came with a scene-stealing role in the Oscar-winning film Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) and starring turns in the horror-comedy The Babysitter (2017) and its sequel. Her leading role as the resourceful bride Grace MacCaullay in the 2019 cult hit Ready or Not cemented her status, showcasing her dynamic emotional range and skill in blending frantic comedy with intense survival horror, a role she is set to reprise in Ready or Not 2: Here I Come (2026).
