Shazad Latif (born July 8, 1988) is a highly versatile British actor of Pakistani, English, and Scottish descent, celebrated for his ability to navigate complex, multi-layered characters across various genres. Raised in Tufnell Park, North London, he trained at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School before making his professional breakthrough as tech-expert Tariq Masood in the BBC spy drama Spooks (2009–2011).
