Shin Eun-soo is a South Korean actress. Born on October 23, 2002, she began her career as an idol trainee at JYP Entertainment before making a career pivot to acting.She made her critically acclaimed acting debut in the 2016 fantasy film Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned, where she was chosen for the lead role after a competitive audition against 300 other candidates. Her performance earned her a nomination for the Grand Bell Award for Best New Actress.Since her debut, Shin Eun-soo has built a versatile filmography across television and film. On television, she is widely recognized for her role as Yoon Cheong-ah in the 2023 drama Twinkling Watermelon and for playing the younger version of Jun Ji-hyun's character in the popular series The Legend of the Blue Sea. She has also appeared in films such as Illang: The Wolf Brigade and Homme Fatale. In 2025, she took on the lead role of Park Se-ri in the romantic comedy film Love Untangled. In March 2025, it was announced that she had signed an exclusive contract with the agency Management Soop.
