
Stephanie Bertoni
Stephanie Bertoni (born July 19, 1990) is an Italian-American actress who has appeared in several high-profile film and television projects over the last two decades. Most recently, she has gained attention for her role in the 2025/2026 true-crime thriller Dead Man's Wire, where she plays a TV news anchor. In interviews regarding the film, she described her character as a "hard-working, sympathetic journalist" navigating the shift from news-as-information to news-as-entertainment during the 1977 Indianapolis hostage crisis. Bertoni’s career began in 2005 after attending the High School of Performing Arts. She is often recognized for her work in major studio films such as The Avengers (2012), Abduction (2011), and the horror remake My Bloody Valentine (2009). On television, she has made appearances in critically acclaimed series like Netflix’s Mindhunter and the crime drama Gone. Outside of acting, Bertoni is also an accomplished ceramic artist based in Vermont, where she teaches handbuilding classes and runs her own studio business, Stephanie Bertoni Ceramics.
