Şükran Pınar Ovalı, born on April 1, 1985, in Eşrefpaşa, İzmir, Turkey, is a prominent Turkish actress. She spent most of her childhood in Bahçelievler, İzmir, attending Mustafa Urcan Primary School and Fevzi Çakmak Secondary School. After completing her high school education in Göztepe, she moved to Istanbul to pursue her passion for acting. She is a graduate of the Müjdat Gezen Art Center's acting department. Ovalı began her acting career in television, with early roles in series such as "Sırlar Dünyası" and "Ezo Gelin" in 2006. Her breakthrough came with the fantasy children's series "Bez Bebek," where she played the character Merve. She continued to build a strong presence in Turkish television with significant roles in series like "Aşk Yakar," "Bir Bulut Olsam," "Reis," "Kötü Yol," "Şeref Meselesi," "Paramparça," "Familya," "Vatanım Sensin," "Ufak Tefek Cinayetler," "Yargı," and "Kalpazan." Her film career began in 2006 with "Pars: Kiraz Operasyonu."
