Susana Gómez Abaitua is a Spanish film, television, and stage actress known for her versatility across genres and media. Born on October 5, 1990, in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, Abaitua initially trained as a classical dancer before shifting her focus to acting, making her feature film debut in 2008 with La buena nueva (The Good News).Her career gained significant momentum with several major television roles. She earned acclaim and a Feroz Award nomination for her starring role as the missing woman Ana Saura Castro in the whodunnit series Sé quién eres (2017). Her biggest breakthrough came with the limited series Patria (2020), an ETA-themed drama, where her portrayal of Nerea earned her a second Feroz Award nomination and a Platino Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or TV Series.On the film side, she is widely recognized for the Netflix romantic comedy Loco por ella (Crazy About Her) (2021).
