Sydney Heller
Sydney Heller is a dynamic American actress, sketch comedian, writer, and improviser known for her sharp wit and comedic timing. A graduate of UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television, she has built a significant presence in the comedy world.Heller is perhaps best recognized for her work with comedy partner Olivia DeLaurentis. Together, they launched the popular YouTube channel "Barely Legal Comedy," where they wrote, produced, directed, edited, and starred in sketches that often feature fast-paced dialogue and a subversion of gender stereotypes with absurdist humor. Their collaboration led to their own web series, "Sugar Babies," and later to selling shows like "Apocalypse Goals" and "Stir Crazy" to Snapchat, which they also wrote, directed, edited, and acted in. They have also written and directed for "Smosh" and Nickelodeon's Digital Incubator, and co-created and hosted "The Generational Talk Show" with Ellen Digital Ventures.Beyond their joint ventures, Sydney Heller has appeared in various acting roles, including the recent 2025 film War of the Worlds (the "screenlife" adaptation) and an episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm." She was also in "Nothing to See Here" (2023) and "Just Right" (2023). She continues to co-host "Fail Center" for Vin Di Bona Digital Studios and, with Olivia DeLaurentis, co-hosts the podcast "Syd & Olivia Talk Sh*t." They are also developing an original animated pilot, "Winging It," for 20th Century Fox and Hulu.
