Szymon Bobrowski
Szymon Bobrowski is a prominent Polish actor of film, television, and theatre, known for his versatile roles across crime dramas, comedies, and historical productions. Born on May 16, 1972, he graduated from the Leon Schiller National Film School in Łódź in 1995 and made his professional theatre debut in 1994. Bobrowski is widely recognized for his television work, which includes playing the lawyer Bartek Malicki in the popular series Magda M. (2005–2007), the gangster "Skalpel" in the crime series Odwróceni (The Lying Game) (2007) and its sequels, the gynecologist Piotr Wanat in Lekarze (Medics) (2012–2014), and Artur Żelazny in the Chyłka legal drama series. His notable film credits include Demony wojny wg Goi (Demons of War by Goya) (1998), the role of Captain Macke in Karol: A Man Who Became Pope (2005), and most recently, the character Marcin "Mrówka" Mrówczyński in the action film Furioza (2021). He has also worked extensively in contemporary Polish theatre, collaborating with renowned directors.
