She earned a degree in Cultural Anthropology and Acting from the University of Washington in Seattle, where she became involved in the local theater scene. Ting's professional acting career began in 2018 with her role in the film Attrition. She gained further recognition for her performance in the 2019 film The Cave . In addition to her acting work, she has pursued stunt training, which has led to opportunities in action projects, including motion capture and fight scenes for commercials such as Zhiyun, Sony, and PUBG, where she acted alongside Squid Game star Lee Jung-jae.
