Trinity Jo-Li Bliss is a young American actress and singer-songwriter who has quickly become known for her work in major film and television productions. Born on November 5, 2009, in Los Angeles, California, she is of biracial descent, with a Chinese mother and an English father. She began her acting career in 2017 after participating in theater summer camps and taking acting lessons.Bliss's most notable role is as Tuktirey, or "Tuk," the youngest child of Jake Sully and Neytiri, in James Cameron's Avatar sequels. She was cast at the age of 8 and underwent three months of training that included learning the film's Na'vi dialect, free diving, and other skills for her motion capture performance. She appeared in Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) and is set to reprise her role in the upcoming sequels, including Avatar: Fire and Ash (2025).In addition to her film work, Bliss has a growing presence in television. She has appeared in the HBO Max series The Garcias and the Apple TV+ series Best Foot Forward. She also had a recurring role as Stella Zhau in the Nickelodeon live-action series The Really Loud House. Beyond acting, Bliss is a singer and songwriter who plays the piano and guitar. She released her debut album, "Confessions of a Preteen," in January 2023, featuring original songs that she wrote during the pandemic. She has also appeared in a number of other films, including The Life of Chuck (2024), a film adaptation of a Stephen King short story.
