Tuna Dwek (full name Fortuna Dwek) is a highly versatile and established Brazilian actress, writer, and intellectual based in São Paulo. Born on August 20, 1957, Dwek possesses a multidisciplinary background, holding degrees in Social Sciences from PUC-SP and Dramatic Arts from the USP School of Dramatic Arts (EAD), which informs her diverse career. Beyond her work in over 40 plays, 30 films, and 15 television productions—including prominent roles in telenovelas like Da Cor do Pecado and I Love Paraisópolis, and the Netflix series The Chosen One—she is also a professional interpreter, translator, and former film critic for Folha de São Paulo.
