Valentina Latyna Plascencia is a Colombian–American actress and award-winning voice‑over artist currently based in Los Angeles. Born in Bogotá, she cultivated her love of performance early—studying theatre and earning an MFA at Colombia's ASAB before moving to the U.S. to train at NYFA (film acting) and UCLA (voice technique) . A two‑time SOVAS Award winner and 13‑time nominee, Valentina has voiced over for major personalities including Eva Longoria, Brooke Shields, Tiffany Haddish (Tuca & Bertie), Natasha Lyonne (Poker Face), and Whitney Houston.She contributed to the Spanish voice cast of Disney’s Encanto and had roles in Eternals and the Netflix miniseries Griselda. In 2020, she earned Best Lead Actress in the short film Defenseless. Her on‑camera work includes credits in The Tax Collector (2020). Valentina founded Latyna Studios, a full-service voice‑over company offering dubbing, narration, audio description, game voice acting, TTS, and e‑learning content . She’s also slated to play Sabrina in the upcoming live‑action Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado (2025).
