Wang Yanlin (王彦霖), also known as Ian Wang, is a Chinese actor born on July 28, 1989, in Anshan, Liaoning, China. He is affiliated with Tangren Media and Wang Yanlin Studio. Wang Yanlin is best known for his roles in the television series Wu Xin: The Monster Killer (2015) and The Starry Night, The Starry Sea (2017), as well as his performances in films such as Operation Red Sea (2018) and The Rescue (2020). In 2019, he joined the cast of the popular variety program Keep Running for its new season. Wang Yanlin graduated from the Shanghai Theatre Academy and has been active in the entertainment industry since 2011. In May 2021, he married his college classmate, Ai Jiani, on May 20, a date known as "520" in China, which is associated with expressing love. The couple welcomed their first child in April 2022, sharing the news with their fans. In 2025, Wang Yanlin starred in the submarine thriller Operation Hadal, portraying the character Luo Xing. He also appeared in the television series Created in China as Qian Hongming, Pegasus as Zhang Chi, and The Baking Challenge as He Xian.
