Woo Hyeon
Woo Hyeon is a veteran South Korean actor, born in 1964, widely recognized for his prominent character and supporting roles in numerous films and television dramas since the 1990s. He studied Theology at Yonsei University, where he was also involved in student democracy movements, an experience that added personal significance to his role as a director of police in the critically acclaimed film 1987: When the Day Comes. Known for his distinctive facial features, he is often cast in roles that are comedic, eccentric, or embody a rugged, everyday-man quality, which he has showcased in popular projects such as the drama Reply 1988 (as the adult Sung No-eul) and series like Sweet Home and Alchemy of Souls.
