Wynn Everett is an American actress, born in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 26, 1978, and raised in the suburbs of Dunwoody and Cumming. She developed her acting talent early, winning the Georgia State Best Actress award during her junior year of high school for a production of Children of a Lesser God. Everett went on to graduate from Auburn University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Theatre. After working for a time as a green room coordinator on Good Morning America and having her poetry published in several literary journals, she pursued her acting career. She gained early film experience in projects like End of the Spear (2006) and a role in Charlie Wilson's War (2007). On television, she is recognized for playing Tamara Hart in the HBO drama series The Newsroom (2012–2013) and for her notable role as the antagonist Whitney Frost (Madame Masque) in the second season of the ABC drama Marvel's Agent Carter (2015). More recently, she has appeared in the Netflix series Teenage Bounty Hunters (2020), Doom Patrol (2021) as Shelley Byron, and as Kathy in the third season of the Netflix hit Sweet Magnolias (2023). She is also cast in the upcoming Prime Video romantic comedy film Merv (2025).
