Alexander "Xander" Harper Berkeley (born December 16, 1955) is a prolific American actor known for his extensive career in film and television, spanning over 200 projects since the early 1980s. Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in New Jersey, Berkeley honed his acting skills in regional, repertory, and Off-Broadway theaters before making his film debut as the adult Christopher Crawford in the 1981 film "Mommie Dearest."Throughout his career, Berkeley has established himself as a versatile character actor, frequently portraying complex and often enigmatic figures, from villains to authoritative figures.
