Yoshira Escárrega Godínez, known professionally as Yoshira Escárrega, is a Mexican actress born in 1995 in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico. She developed an interest in acting and took theater classes at the Municipal Arts Center in Mazatlán. At age 19, she moved to Mexico City to study at the National School of Arts, where she earned a degree in acting. Her filmography includes a variety of films and TV series. She is known for her roles in productions like The Diary (2024), Pedro Páramo (2024), The Head Of Joaquín Murrieta (2023), and The Secret of the River (2024). She has received award nominations for her work in Here on Earth and Pedro Páramo.
