Beyond his musical theater work, Endo was part of D-BOYS, a young men's stage acting troupe that engages in various skit-like performances. His acting career extends to film and television, with notable appearances in Godzilla Minus One (2023) as Tadayuki Saito, Onoda: 10,000 Nights in the Jungle (2021) where he played the younger Hiroo Onoda, and the High & Low series. He has also featured in dramas such as Million Yen Women and movies like Ain't No Tomorrows.
