Promotes underage vaping, very childish script.
The landscape is beautiful, the CGI is great, but the script appears to be written by a 6-year old from a child’s unhappy perspective. The girl is supposedly the main character that none of the adults will listen to and she has all the answers. This is truly like reading a book written by a frustrated, petulant child.Its also somewhat disconcerting that the young main character is vaping every chance she gets.

Honestly wasn’t that impressed. I love the characters/actors but the idea just didn’t get there for me. I feel like it took a while and couldn’t really connect with the plot.

This movie is so fun. It’s hard to find anything to watch with a teen, but this was perfect for me and my daughter.There’s some gore bc it’s a monster/Jurassic Park kind of movie, but it’s not too bad. Most of it’s handled humorously so it’s not too gross.Good script, GREAT comedic actors, perfectly cast. Fast paced and full of surprises and jump scares. Special effects were good! FUN.Regardless of the fact there’s a unicorn, this is NOT for young kids. It will freak them out.

I know this movie didn’t get rave reviews but not many of the movies I like do this one included! The only thing I didn’t like was that no one would listen to the main character but isn’t that just like youth and parents even when they are telling the truth…LOL??? I watched on TV and had to buy the disk so I could really dive into it…
