Beulah Koale

Beulah Koale is a New Zealand actor of Samoan descent, born on October 26, 1991, in Auckland. Raised in the Ōtara suburb, he was brought up in a religious family and actively participated in church productions during his youth. Koale's acting career began in theater with the Massive Company, where he performed in acclaimed shows like Havoc in the Garden (2011) and The Brave (2012). He gained international recognition with his role in the award-winning short film Manurewa (2010), which won the Crystal Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival.​ In television, Koale is best known for portraying Officer Junior Reigns in the CBS reboot of Hawaii Five-0 (2017–2020). His film credits include Thank You for Your Service (2017), Shadow in the Cloud (2020), Dual (2022), and Next Goal Wins (2023). In 2025, he appeared in the sci-fi horror film Ash. Koale has been married to Georgia Otene since January 2019, and they have twin sons, Xavier Lyall and Isaac Pakira. He cites actors Cliff Curtis and Denzel Washington as his idols.​
