Bree Elrod
Bree Elrod is an American actress who hails from Topeka, Kansas. A 1996 graduate of Topeka High School, where she was homecoming queen, she went on to graduate from NYU. Elrod gained significant recognition for her role as Lexi in the 2021 Sean Baker film 'Red Rocket'. Prior to this, she appeared in Martin Scorsese's 'Shutter Island' (2010) and the film 'Dark Feed' (2013). In 2006, she was part of the Off-Broadway production of 'My Name Is Rachel Corrie', directed by Alan Rickman, who later became her mentor. More recently, she appeared in the miniseries 'A Friend of the Family' (2022) and the film 'Sometimes I Think About Dying' (2023). In the upcoming 2025 film 'O'Dessa', she is credited as Calliope Galloway and also performs the song "Cursed Six Strings".
